1. The Voucher holder is required to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.

3. The validity of the Voucher expires after 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. The Voucher must be used in a single transaction.
5. The Voucher is redeemed under the terms applicable to the sale of the given type of service, according to prices and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
6. If the value of the service is less than the remaining amount available on the Voucher, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.
7. The Voucher cannot be exchanged, either wholly or partially, for cash equivalents.
8. The Voucher may be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
