1. The Voucher holder is obliged to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.
2. The Voucher expiration date is 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. The Voucher must be used in a single transaction.
4. The Voucher redemption is carried out according to the terms applicable to the sale of the given type of service, according to prices and rules in force at the time of booking.
5. If the value of the service is lower than the remaining funds to be used under the Voucher, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.
6. The Voucher cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for cash equivalent.
7. The Voucher may be used by the purchaser or by the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
